Getting the Support You Need
At Brighter Days Network, LLC, we’re all about helping individuals with developmental disabilities live their best lives. Here’s a quick rundown of the requirements set by the New Jersey Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD).
Who Can Qualify?
To be eligible for our services, you’ll need to meet the following criteria:
- Residency: You must live in New Jersey;
- Age: You must be 21 years or older;
- Disability: You must have a developmental disability that started before you turned 22;
- Medicaid Enrollment: You must qualify for Medicaid and enrolled in either the Supports Program or Community Care Program (CCP)
