At Brighter Days Network, LLC, we are committed to providing individuals with developmental disabilities the resources they need to live fulfilling, independent lives. To benefit from our expert support coordination services, individuals must meet certain eligibility criteria established by the New Jersey Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD).
Who is Eligible?
To qualify for our services, individuals must:
- Be a New Jersey resident
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Have a documented developmental disability that occurred before age 22
- Be eligible for Medicaid and enrolled in the Supports Program or Community Care Program (CCP)
