Brighter Days Network was created to ensure adults with developmental disabilities receive individualized, respectful, and meaningful Support Coordination throughout New Jersey. Our mission is to help each person live a safe, fulfilling, and self-directed life through strong planning and reliable support.

As a DDD-approved, self-released agency, our service plans are fast-tracked, allowing families to access supports without delays. We complete all PCPT, ISP, and NJCAT documentation, coordinate with providers, and ensure ongoing support every step of the way.

We proudly serve all 21 counties in New Jersey, guided by person-centered values, clarity, cultural respect, and unwavering dedication to each individual’s goals.

Professional Bio

Domingo Paulino, MSW, CSSW, is the Founder, President, CEO, and Support Coordination Supervisor of Brighter Days Network, a DDD-approved, self-released Support Coordination Agency serving adults with developmental disabilities across all 21 counties in New Jersey. With over 20 years of experience as a Social Worker, he provides oversight, leadership, and quality assurance across all areas of service planning and documentation.

He oversees ISP development, PCPT completion, NJCAT coordination, compliance with DDD/SCA Guidelines 2025, staff supervision, and ongoing quality review. Under his leadership, Brighter Days Network achieved outstanding statewide audit results:
